Baba Yaga: The Making of an Independent, Low-Budget Horror Film
Having recently returned to screenwriting, an activity I did with tantalizing, if ultimately disappointing, hints of success as a young man, I have rediscovered the disappointment of sending scripts out and getting no responses whatsoever. Never one to take defeat gracefully, I have decided to just go ahead and make my own damn film, and to do it as an experiment in radical transparency. To this end, I have been blogging every step of the screenwriting process, as well as making the screenplay available as an online document as I wrote it, with all revisions available for the especially obsessed. Now the first draft is complete, and it is on the the process of preproduction and revision.

Chasing Windmills
An episodic series of daily movies detailing the fictional life of an actual Puerto Rican couple in Minneapolis. They've been doing it for about a year now, shooting mostly in their apartment, but at the end of their last "season" they fictionally broke up. The new season introduces an expanded universe, with broadened narrative ambitions and a larger cast, made up mostly of Minneapolis-based bloggers, including your truly. Also available as a Vlog
here.
