Oh, that was me. I got something like $15 worth of presidential and Sacagawea coins from the commuter rail ticket machine a couple weeks ago. I am glad it went to a good cause!

That's also the opening weekend of the Cambridge Science Festival (/and/ NEFFA); we held a meetup of relatively low attendance but great fun at last year's CSF Science Triva Challenge, which will be on Wednesday the 30th this year. Horace Rumpole and I wandered around the CBC around 8:40, accosting people who looked like possible mefites (but turned out to be German tourists), annoying the waitstaff, and listening in on passionate discussions of server appliances.
