I'm looking for FTP server software that, in addition to standard features like email notification and user management, can serve files to a web page rather than a ratty looking list of filenames in a browser window. If you have any experience with such a beast, I'd appreciate your recommendations.

I have a friend who has a dire immigration problem. He, a US citizen, married and relocated his wife and her daughter from China to the US. The INS is going to deport her daughter. We want to fight it.
Lengthy details, of varying complexity involving government malfeasance, etc. inside.

Microsoft is launching a viral marketing campaign for Vista. It's only half done - it wraps up in January.
Demetri Martin stars in a series of webisodes about his "rare condition". The best part of the campaign are the idle ramblings of Demetri on the main page.
