InCopy - a good solution for a small agency?

My small ad agency is looking to speed workflow and reduce errors stemming from borked formatting going from word docs, etc. to InDesign. What's the skinny on InCopy? Tell me about your first-hand experience with it; is it easy to learn, easy to use, etc? We are all very happy with InDesign, but we're not going to give it to every writer, and it's tedious to have the writer sit next to the AD and go "no, put the semicolon there and the period there." I want to get a feel for the value that InCopy might bring. Also, what are the hidden drawbacks that I may not have thought of? Thanks.

It's a medical decision, stupid.

Someone is offering doctors a financial inducement (premium? kickback?) to write prescriptions for certain drugs at the expense of others. Only this time it's the insurers paying $100 a pop for switching patients from brand-name statins to generics. Pfizer, manufacturer of the statin Lipitor, the world's best-selling drug brand of all time, is pissed. They point to a study that says you are more likely to die if you switch to generic simvaststin than you are if you stay on Lipitor.

Hardware solution for synched playback of two DVDs on two monitors?

I need to play two separate DVDs at the same time on two separate monitors. The output must be synched precisely as the two signals will work as a single "show" on two adjacent monitors. I need a reliable and idiot-proof way to do this.

World War II Glider Pilots; none had ever been before and probably none will ever be again; a hybrid breed like jackasses with no need to reproduce themselves...

Gliders spearheaded many major invasions and other operations in the European theatre of World War II, including the invasion of Normandy. I had no idea, but it turns out the House of Representatives recently passed a resolution honoring the glider pilots, and there's a Silent Wings Museum in Lubbock, TX. The World War II Glider Pilots Association site gives more background on the men, the planes, and the missions, as well as the memorable title quote. There's even a movie. [More Inside]

Recent history repeats itself in Pennsylvania

Stop me if you've heard this one before - Republican congressman blames democrats for legal troubles. The house ethics committee didn't see anything wrong with Weldon's activities, but one can't help but wonder how Weldon is helping his constituency by traveling to Belgrade on behalf of one of Slobodan Milosevic's pals, who is, incidentally, a client of Weldon's daughter's consulting firm. At least no one is accusing Weldon of trying to choke his mistress.
