Does the GiveWell blog moderate comments? I just tried to comment, and my comment isn't appearing. Was that the case for others who have commented as well?

Atreides, that wiki is a pretty great chronology of events here. For press and other outside purposes, it might also be useful to have a less mefi-centric detailing of events that presents a chronology of all of Holden/Elie/Lucy/etc's posts on this and other sites, in the order they happened, with links. EB and Jess weren't saying that fat people can't lose weight under any circumstances. They were saying that many, many fat people will stay fat or even gain weight if they eat the same diets that thin people eat.
