The manager of a pro baseball team thought you could get four outs with only three runners. That certainly makes him seem a bit incompetent to me.

Seems like a good learning experience for the kids. Maybe they will realize that their own religous is just as bogus as all the other ones. (does this constitute a trolling?)

Seriously though, I don't see any grounds for this lawsuit. There are plenty of classes that teach about religions, which is okay so long as they don't encourage or promote the religion.

I'm going to have to disagree on this one. Gator pop-ups aren't your typical pop-up advertisements. Theirs actually launch the install program and ask you if its okay to install Gator. I'm sure many web users think that its necessary to hit Yes so they can see the web page. Should a user be forced investigate for an extended period of time before deciding to hit No to such a pop up? I personally don't think so.

Personally, I think we need to develop a new rail system. Frankly, I'm tired of waiting 20 minutes in my car for two trains to cross paths. I'm not an employee of the companies that are shipping goods, and I don't think its fair of these companies to take chunks of my days (and other drivers around me) without my consent.
