Iranian recipe for deep fried, stuffed chilies?
agent99, thanks for that, but this recipe is chilies in gravy. The one I have in mind the chilies are stuffed and then deep fried. They are served dry. Is this a variation on Mirch ka Salan or another thing altogether?

What to take pictures of?
Also, the best advice for improving your photography comes from the war photographer Robert Capa: "If your pictures are not good enough, you are not close enough". This works. Always.

How to keep this Housing Association flat?
I should explain. He is away from his place of residence in Europe for a couple of months, so there is no getting hold of him in the near future. He does not live in UK for a few years now. I could probably ask him to come to UK for a short while when he is back, but will the Association be prepared to wait I don't know.

How should a Western woman dress for Egypt?
There are two things to consider - tradition and climate. Sandals are OK - everyone in Egypt wears sandals, but Jeans is too hot, unless you are traveling during the winter months. Joie de vivre
Therapy - if you can afford the time and the money might be a very significant investment you make in yourself. The main benefit of therapy for someone who does not have huge emotional problems it that it is a way of getting to know yourself, research your inner self, study your psychic. Therapy does not have to take ages, one year of visiting a therapist once a week for an hour made huge change to my relationships with myself. By therapy I don't mean psychoanalysis of any sort, but psycho... [more]

Help me to write an (anonymous?) blog about my life as a university lecturer.
Thank you everyone for you suggestions so far, I start to think that writing a blog in a way I was planning it is not possible, at the same time I do not feel that making private notes with the aim of writing a book one day will work for me - if i had it in me to write a book I would probably do it already.
I will consider a blog on the 'positive' aspects of teaching my subject, but where is the therapeutic element in that?
janecer - thank you for this link, it is spot... [more]
