Here's what happened:
-Ordered online from http://www.cnflowernet.com/ with a temporary credit card number. (Ended up being unnecessary to do so, but better safe than sorry!)
-The prices were cheap compared to equivalent quantities/quality in the US. I also upgraded the flowers to the "luxury" option for something like five dollars. It sounds like it was worth it.
-They sent several tracking/progress emails after I ordered.

Can these be secured the same way mice and keyboards are? There are special little tabs that you can lock mice with- they basically encapsulate a bit of the cable between the device and the plug, and then can be attached to a security cable.

Sometimes Word Macro viruses hide themselves in the Normal template. It resides in ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/ and Word will "regenerate" a fresh copy if you delete it. If a virus checker doesn't fix it, try nuking the template.

Under $15 dollars would be best. H&M sounds like they might have what I need, but I was surprised to see that they don't have an online store. I'll probably check them out next time I'm in the area, but I'd be thrilled if I could find an online resource.
