Is my mp3 player frying my headphones? Is this even possible; if so, how?

I'm having ongoing billing issues with a doctor and it's time I seek resolution with a third party. Where should I go?

My coffee press screen has what looks like mold stains on it. (I left some tea in it for too long.) Is it OK to use? If I must remove the stains...how?

Our 15th wedding anniversary is imminent and my plans need some adjusting due to some financial difficulties. In other words, what I planned to do costs money and we have none. Any ideas of how to make our 15th wedding anniversary special for my wife without spending a lot of cash? Even if I went ahead and spent the cash, my wife wouldn't enjoy herself. God bless her, she's a simple woman who's easy to please, but I want to blow her away in the creative/romantic/fun department. Our anniversary is on a Wednesday. I'll get home from work at 3am on Wed. Waking her up is not out of the question. (She loves to party....usually. On the weekends, after the kids are down, we stay up late, drinking wine, eating fattening foods, and watching movies.) I could wait until morning and cook a big breakfast, but our dear children will be awake then, and I think a 15th anniversary demands some special romantic "alone-time". The following weekend is not out of the question, but "the moment" will have passed, requiring something more formal/expensive.

I've had this recurring armpit rash for several months now. At first I thought it was brought on by chafing (I do manual labor for a living). Then other members of my family started getting it (I could have got it from them). We've tried different types of bath soap and deodorant. I've just now switched away from different versions of the crystal deodorant stone. (I used the actual stone for about 15 years with no problems. I recently tried two different liquid versions). My wife thought it was a yeast infection that we're all passing around via the bath soap. I tried doing some googling and was overwhelmed at the plethora of different explanations that came up. Thought I'd give it a shot here. It's painful if it progresses too far. I've been keeping it in check with hydrocortisone cream.

I am looking for advice on the best way to get a pair of tickets for a high demand concert from ticketmaster, which only allows you to buy via phone. What can I do to increase my odds?

I prefer to do my fairly intense 20 min. workout first thing in the morning before I eat...else I never get it done. If I eat, then I have to wait before working out, then I get distracted, start drinking caffeine, etc. Working out in the evening doesn't really work. I work evenings and my family and I have dinner together before I leave for work. Before dinner, I'm busy doing activities with my children (my wife and I homeschool). My question is this: Is it OK to workout (lift weights, run sprints) before I eat? If I must eat first, how long must I wait before working out? How soon after taking caffeine can I workout?
