Web Development Technical Lead

Epinions.com is looking for a team member with deep software development skills and talents in technical design and coordinating execution. This position is listed online under our parent company, Shopping.com, but will focus on the Epinions.com consumer review platform. Primary Job Responsibilities: Create technical specifications and test plans, and review code of other developers. Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Work closely with Product Managers, marketing and sales staff to provide technical input for feature specifications Job Requirements: 3-7+ years of software development experience in a web-based business. Experience writing in Perl (mod_perl), PHP and/or other scripting languages. Experience writing PL/SQL code and database design. Management experience is a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
