Yeah, that's super weird. I guess they're proponents of harm reduction, rather than total abstinence from drugs and alcohol. I wonder if they let you do drugs, too (provided, of course, that it's not the specific substance that you entered rehab for [because, clearly, that would be ridiculous]).
