I think I saw this on Dirtiest Jobs once and I thought they used doo doo as one of the ingredients, not positive though.

You talk funny
An asian guy goes to the dentist, the dentist tells him "I'm sorry sir but you have cataracts."
The asian guy responds, "No, I drive a Rincon Continental"

Go Play Outside!
I don't find this alarming at all, I go camping and hiking a lot (I live in southern Indiana and that's pretty much all we have to do) and I took a college lvl birds course and I had trouble identifying a lot of that stuff.

OMNOMNOMopoly
I worked at a "high end" Italian restaurant and we got some stuff from Sysco, it wasn't horrible product, the tomatoes were alright but not great. The funny part was we also used kroger brand fettucini sauce and meatballs and people were more than happy to pay 15$ a plate of spaghetti and meatballs. The house wine was out of a 4$ jug, the best part was seeing all the winos come in and sniff it and give it their stamp of approval. The trick is just charging way too much for your food... [more]

Yea ideally I think we'd all like to be supporting our local growers, you know stick it to the man or whatever but there's how many people in this country? Tradition is all good and fine, yea some guy has had a farm in his family for like 200 years or whatever but the times are a changin and we need big suppliers like this Sysco thing to keep us functioning. We're the ones who keep Sysco in business because we eat at all these places and now we're gonna complain cause they provide a super cheap... [more]

So...we're opposed to them apologizing for slavery? I mean--I understand that the apology doesn't magically make everything better--but if the choice is "apologize or don't apologize" isn't it better that they apologize?NOW."

WTF, it still won't post it right....
well for the third try here is what I meant to say...
No I don't think that's the point here yoink, the apology is fine, them being hypocritcal claiming they are going to prevent future atrocities is the problem. Like everyone said above there's plenty of shit goin down today that what's the point of them bringing up slavery?

No, we're opposed to them apologizing for egregious human rights violations and simultaneously continuing to egregiously violate human rights in different arenas.

We're not opposed to it, just smug and shrill

if i could I'd favorite pyramid termite's comment a thousand times. I'll take charlie's rock solid backbeat over all the showoff pyrotechnics of some Buddy Rich wannabe anyday.
I'm all for solid and simple beats, that's what made Ringo the man but that doesn't mean someone's a "top" drummer. Shit, might as well give that chick from the White Stripes a top ten spot than. Charlie could hold a grove that's for sure but so can my sister.

Well now we're just talking symantics. When I think of a top drummer I'm thinking technical, guys like Terry Bosio, Thomas Pridgen, Carter Beauford, and the 100's of other guys I'm leaving out. But sometimes the best thing for a band or a song is just telling the drummer to shut the hell up and become a drum machine, yea than go grab that Charlie Watts guy for that. And I didn't mean that chick was "solid" but she's simple that's for sure, but that's not a bad thing. I guess I don't... [more]

While you can always argue about individual placements being too high/low, in general these are not bad lists at all
By nature any "greatest" list is a bad list

medical info 2.0
Websites like these have there pros and cons. While it is good for the average person to be informed on possible health risks it can cause too many people to become hypochondriacs. The fact of the matter is the average person does not have the information to make truly informed decisians on his or her health and it's not something you can get a crash course in from a website. It's a good place to start but sites like these are definetly not a good substitute for a visit to the doctor's office.
