You've reminded me of artists that I'd forgotten about (Gov't Mule, Medeski, Martin, and Wood, Aquarium Rescue Unit), gave me excellent resources to hear bands that I'd heard of but never heard (Widespread Panic and Phish), gave me names of some bands I'd never heard of at all (Cul de sac, Galactic, Umphrey's McGee, and many others), and drew a line connecting Krautrock and jam bands that I'd never have drawn myself.

Ask post: How long does Zoloft, Paxil, Lexapro or similar depression drugs take to kick in?

My experience:

Zoloft: gave me a strange, metallic Godspliiter of a headache for the first 24 hours; other than that, nothing for four weeks. Then, at the beginning of week 5, I felt unexplainably lighter, perky, and almost giddy; this lasted for several days. By the end of week five I settled in to feeling normal, i.e., not depressed.
