I'm very impressed with
LA Theatre Works and wondered if there were similar sites online offering theatre or other drama for streaming or downloading?

I've recently asked a question of the BBC about why they're not showing films in the correct aspect ration -- even though the uk's Channel Four does -- and I'm a bit confused by the reply.

ClassicalMusicfilter: I'm suffering from withdrawal symptoms having listened to all of the BBC Proms this year -- no really, all of them, from first to last -- and I want to continue my musical education but I'm not sure what to listen to next and I was hoping you might have some recommendations. Literally any period of music, I'll try anything! If you can say which are your favourite recordings either on cd or region two dvd that would be helpful too.

I was visiting Blockbuster this morning whilst I was waiting for the bus and noticed a vast number of direct-to-dvd titles which I'd never heard of before but didn't seem half bad (based on packaging, cast, director, story). I'm signed up to ScreenSelect/LoveFilm (the UK's Netflix) and there isn't really a way to check for these things. Would anyone like to suggest some great films which went D2DVD? I don't mind anything and would include films which only received a London or Film Festival release. Region 2 only then please.

Shakespearefilter. One of my vices is collecting productions of Shakespeare's plays (particular Hamlet). I recently stumbled across
this theatre group who have put two shows up online for download and I was wondering if anyone knew of any others which are available anywhere online. I can't imagine that this is the only group doing this. Ideally I'm looking for those in the canon which are produced less often such as
Cymbeline or
Measure for Measure hopefully in mp3 format.
