My nephew worked at CVS. The cashiers would use their card 100% of the time for non-card-carrying customers. For the reasons cited above.

Employ the metaphor “lifting spirit” for both the building and as a presentation object. You can install a sculpture with imagery of spirit taking flight somewhere in the central reception area. Echo this theme throughout the facility. I visualize this as being a glass or transparent piece that is not a literal interpretation of a bird. For the donor, you can present a small replica of the sculpture.

How Best to Set Up a Furniture Rearrangement Question?
When you're working in sketchup, it will make you think in three dimensions, which is great because there's often a lot of free "air space" that isn't evident using the plan view. Maximize your use of the upper square footage of your studio and you may find something that works. Build up when you cannot build out.

Buildings? Design? What's it called?
It is value engineering.
It can take place at different phases of a project:
1. If a Contractor is already selected by the Owner prior to completion of the design process, once a complete enough set of bid documents is available, the Contractor can make suggestions about items to "value out of the job" or propose alternate means of accomplishing something. This can be a dynamic give and take.
2. If it's a... [more]

Several things come to mind.
1. Was it a reaction to the new socks? Did you wash them prior to use? If your skin is sensitive, that's always a good thing to do prior to use of a new clothing item.
2. It could be "sea lice". See information at Diver's Alert Network - The jellyfish larvae can be a problem in some dive areas.

Be sure to check the insurance policies. Many of them will not accept a claim after a specified amount of time. Most likely, it's a 12 month limit. The existing flashing is not correctly installed: Where the upper roof meets the chimney, a roof cricket should be installed. In addition, it does not look as if the flashing is shingled properly. The top "flap" is laid on underneath the black "tar" (asphaltic waterproofing) to direct water away at the top of an opening. For the bottom, the "flap" is placed on top of the waterproofing during window installation. This directs any water towards the outside. Think of how shingles are done. Similar concept: direct the flow of water outward.

Is the gray paint all the way to the walls? If not, that's a good thing to try, as painting/sealing the perimeter is not too difficult.
You are not going to be able to make a considerable difference in the slab temperature without considerable expense (and waste of energy.) Reducing the dew point/condensation could be tackled, but that would be a next step if the sealant failed to solve it.
