"Kick the kid with one shoe" commercial origin?

There was a commercial that featured an older caucasian male (possibly Scottish/Irish) reminiscing not-too-fondly about a childhood game called "kick the kid with one shoe." What was that commercial advertising?

Which Dreamweaver MX 2004 extension do I need?...

Which Dreamweaver MX 2004 extension do I need? --So my company insists on using this crazy versioning system (TeamSite) which means that every edit I make to my project site can only be viewed after no less than seven interim steps. All I want to do is view my edits locally before I go through the hassle that is uploading to the development workarea. [mi]

YellowColoredMonitorFilter: Something in my PC broke, and now everything's a yucky yellow tint. Anyone have this experience, and if so, how did you solve it? Google turns up one search that blames it on the monitor, but I'm praying it's the video card, or a short in a cord. File this also under ICan'tAffordAWholeNewFreakinMonitorFilter.

Weird music question: In The Rasmus' "In the Shadows," the song begins with a recurring siren that initially seems to set the rhythm of the song. When the guitars come in, they very strongly take over the rhythm, relegating the siren to background syncopation. This produces a very strange "about-face" sensation when listening to the song.

I have a friend (shh) who failed to show up at court for driving on suspended permit. She's never gotten this taken care of because she's stupid, and 8 years have passed. She now lives in a new state, attends college, is really nice (despite being stupid) and is about to get a corporate position that involves drug test + background check. Advice needed. [MI]

I've $50 to spend on a microphone. What's a decent choice for a girl with a computer and a guitar--and occasionally, a djembe?

I have a friend from the UK who talks about a commercial with Samuel L. Jackson talking about the evils of money, and then wondering, "If a dollar was a chicken, would the chicken be evil?" The friend has no clue what the commercial was about or for, hasn't seen it since, and googling turns up nothing conclusive (perhaps we're searching the wrong things.) Got any ideas?

Fitness advice: I'm on a long term weight loss program (~2lbs/week.) 32lbs into it, I'm starting to think that I'd better do more than Dance Dance Revolution if I don't want to become one of those skin-saggy people from Ripley's Believe It Or Not. I'm considering either Tae Bo or Pilates for at-home exercise, and would like testimonials or suggestions for other programs.

I have a MITSUMI CR-4804TE CDRW drive. While it's slow, it worked perfectly fine for me while I was running Win98SE. Now that I've got XP, it's all gone to pot [more].
