I really miss Imageready's "Export Layers to Files" command. Is there an easy way to replicate this in Photoshop?

Help me identify this mystery object. It looks sort of like a set of metallic false teeth, smaller than life-size, with a metal tube or something where the tongue should be.

Illinois' statewide smoking ban went into effect January 1st. Now, instead of being warm and cozy inside the bar, I'm cold and grumpy outside. Does anyone have any tips and tricks, preferably someone who's "lived" through a smoking ban of their own? (e.g. New York)
