My version of a pop song
I love the fiddle on this one. This is the second track (third posted) from my EP "Skyclad Revival," releasing March 13.
Drunken country-jazz jamboree, in reverie. A song about commiseratin' and never hatin'. To Whisky.
This is the title track off an EP I just finished. Pedal Steel, shakers, and icy vocals.
The fourth and final song on our [Habrok] upcoming EP is finally mixed, and I believe this is the top candidate for the single. Please enjoy :)
Another one for all you punctuation lovers out there. We wrote this one wistful evening and the next day joined forces with some Brazilian friends of ours (on the pandeiro, jambe and rhythm guitar) and managed to get this recorded in one 5-hour session. Note: song starts 6-seconds in.
Yes, that is an accordion. Habrok once agains seeks to assuage all our fellow travelers, and wish to impart sincere empathy to any of those that find themselves awash in the tides of life.
This one's about the comfort of ignorance; a lamentation by Habrok.
This one's about community- mostly about survival by peaceful cooperation. I know, I'm an idealist!
This one boiled up from some really honest depths. No matter where I look in my future, there's a radiating presence that my love only knows as one person. Happy Valentine's Day, My Lady Rose.
A cool and steady slow-burn about inescapable ancestry and genetic descension.
The third and final song off the O Captain! My Captain! EP. It's about the dark alleyways of a crazy, lustful mind- and the fruitless help proffered.
From the same EP of 2007 as My Fire (O Captain! My Captain!). This one is a little too laid back for how I play it now, it's meant to be a bit more punchy and at a faster clip.
This is a little old, from a low-budget EP I did in the summer of 2007, but I wanted to share. After all, it's been too long.
This is the last in the RPM 08 songs that I have done. I came down with the flu this last week, and work the next few days. Therefore, I have fallen short of the goal. Enjoy my failure!
Just a day behind*, I give you song six for the RPM08 Challenge.
A short, wild song featuring my good friend John Bonham on the skins.
Another quick song for RPM08. Not so happy with the mix, but I like the way the song turned out.
A quick song I did for the RPM08 challenge. Written, sequenced, and mixed in a day.
