George Carlin Dead at 71
Not sure if I really want to make a joke out of this one, but why not post your favorite quotes and routines of his.

"
The Photographer Ralph Eugene Meatyard (May 15, 1925 - May 7, 1972) suffered a fate common to artists who are very much of but also very far ahead of their time. Everything about his life and his art ran counter to the usual and expected patterns. He was an optician, happily married, a father of three, president of the Parent-Teacher Association, and coach of a boy's baseball team." "His images had nothing to do with the gritty "street photography" of the east coast or the romantic view camera realism of the west coast. His best known images were populated with
dolls and
masks, with
family,
friends and
neighbors pictured in
abandoned buildings or in
ordinary suburban backyards." His most well known and last photography series "
The Family Album of Lucybelle Crater" (1972) was based on the short story by
Flannery O'Connor, "
The Life You Save May Be Your Own."

"1 Crunchwrap Supreme + 1
OCTO-MAC + 20 or so Taco Bell Fire Sauce packets + Taco Bell Cheese Sauce + Bacos + Garfield's Macaroni & Beef + A splash of Jim Beam + Approximately 2 cups of salsa =
GODKILLER, for why else would it exist but to kill God?"

GeeksOn
"A show created by Geeks for Geeks, covering topics that Geeks like to talk about." This is one of my favorite podcasts out there, most topics they cover are talked about in a very smart manner with lots of philosophy and moral quandaries thrown in, and they have gone on to get some great interviews with various people in Geek culture including
Christina Hendricks, who plays Saffron from Firefly, and its Producer, Lisa Lassek(Christina is the sister of one of the geeks),
Orson Scott Card,
George R.R. Martin,
Forrest J Ackerman,
Garrett Wang, and the man himself
Joss Whedon!

In 1975 a young divorced mother named "Gloria" volunteers, in an attempt to find some answers to the problems in her life, to be videotaped being a client to three rather new psychotherapies:
Person-Centered Therapy,
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and
Gestalt Therapy. Not only is she filmed participating in each therapy, she receiving the therapies from the respective founders of each therapy,
Carl Rogers (
Part 1, sadly it's cut short),
Fritz Perls (
Part 2), and
Albert Ellis (
Part 3). They all take the time before each therapy to explain their methods and there beliefs and how the therapy will go.
