It's not copyright, it's trademark.

But it wouldn't matter if they *did* still have a trademark on it (and I can't imagine why they wouldn't; it's been in commercial use) -- they're in the carbonate beverage area of trade; you're not.

You only get generic protection if you're, say, Kodak. Or Xerox.

Suggestion, Matt: You should probably think about moving that out to (or double DNSing it to) an off-domain URL as well, so it's still accessible when DNS dies.
