Additionally there are different licensing models. Some resources (i.e. online journals, databases...) are licensed by the "seat", or simultaneous user. Others have a site license, which is just what it sounds like. Some have both options. So it's not necessarily sneakiness or a lack of stink-making -- sometimes it's the actual business model.

stroller panic..
We have the much-mocked Bugaboo and we really love it. We added a cup holder. It is not a great folder; we use a Maclaren Volo when we need to stick it in a car. I credit the Bugaboo with helping me walk every day for miles when on maternity leave.
That said, I suspect that Quinny makes a comparable stroller for less dough.

OK, upon rereading: assuming you're not trying to be snarky about ipod earphones, lpsguy, how do you get it to stay there without flapping around and hitting your arm? That's my whole problem.
The tucking into clothing and wearing backwards options sound the most promising so far. (Hate wearing hats, hate holding things in my hand. While running, I mean.)

The awkwardness of the crap distance runner
Just an update as I'm asking another question on a similar subject. I am in week 6 of the C25K, and not in any knee pain. I went to Jackrabbit and bought sneakers, adn the guy was like "actually, you are a neutral normal runner. that kid who laughed at you was a jerk." (Really! Suck it, kid!) Anyway, thanks all for your helpful answers. Thanks to your encouragement I can now run for ten minutes at a time! Sometimes!

How much raditation from an x-ray taken in the developing world?
That sounds exactly like the chest X-ray I got at Columbia Presbyterian in Manhattan. Additionally, it turned out (despite the negative pregnancy test) that I was very newly pregnant, and not only did I NOT miscarry, but I also gave birth to a totally healthy kid nine months later. One data point, of course, but hopefully one that will put your mind at ease.

Where Can I Find Self-Reflective Profiles?
It's fiction, but Nabokov's Pale Fire is a great one for this. Although if the kids you're teaching aren't familiar with literary criticism/biography as a genre -- and really, what percent of 9th graders are? -- they may be less excited. Perhaps you'd like it though.
Additionally, you might want to look for fiction with an unreliable narrator, since that genre (?) is about untangling the narrative from the narrator, if possible.

bras, strapless, bra, omg
In a similar position recently, I went to Bra Smyth and wound up with a Le Mystere model. It's a 32DD where I usually wear a 34D, but it certainly hoists 'em high. A strapless dress worked great with it but the real test was that I can wear it with a spaghetti-strap tank top and it looks merely hot, not weird.

Comic Timing Coincidence?
I have had similar questions about TV reruns, particularly dramas, particularly Law & Order and other shows on TNT's Primetime in the Daytime. Like on the first one, the suspect will be a teacher, and on the second one, the actual killer will be a teacher, and then on the third one the suspect will again be a teacher. Or Lenny's wisecrack at the beginning will be almost identical in three consecutive episodes. Or the same character actor will play the suspect's sister, then the judge, then... [more]

I've only been parent to a boy for 15 months (I'm female), but I had a certain amount of fear about the foreign-ness as well as a vague sadness over the lack of adorable smocked dresses. I think you mean you have your own domain name. .com is the TLD.
There are several ways to create a redirect from example.com/foo to foobar.com. Here's a pretty comprehensive description of ways to redirect a domain name to a subdirectory with IIS. You'll need to answer some questions for yourself about the functionality you want the redirect to have and the author lays them out pretty well.... [more]

Are unpaid internships legal in NY?
It seems confusing because it is confusing. My interpretation when I was trying to convince HR that we should hire unpaid interns was that we should not be getting a new benefit from their work; we should be putting into their development more resources than we got out of them.
Even though the Department of Labor was right downstairs, we were still never able to get a straight answer.

Honeymoon Roadtrip Advice!
I have taken the train NYC-->Montreal and back, and do not recommend it. It was six hours of beautiful scenery on the way up, followed by several hours of nothing, followed by several hours of being stopped at customs culminating in the nice people who had lent us a pen being refused entry to Canada and driven back across the border. On the way back, it was the reverse, minus the pen, and plus another hour's wait for a freight train to pass us and toilet overflow.

Two things that work for me:
1) A notebook. After trying RTM and Todoist, I've returned to the simple notebook. One day for every page. Every day, I copy the incomplete items over from the previous page. When I complete something, I cross it out. Rinse and repeat. It's my lightweight, cross-platform, infinitely portable solution. Many people use a Moleskine notebook for this; Black n' red makes hardbound ones that suffice for me.

How important is it in a relationship that your partner be good-looking?
You're not wrong in caring about your partner's looks, but if you're destroying a relationship with chemistry because of an arbitrary ideal, you're making a mistake.
However I wonder what kind of attractiveness we're talking about here? An extra twenty pounds and a receding hairline, or dirty underwear and unwashed hair? You refer to his health and cleanliness a couple of times here. That might clarify what's going on to some degree.

I assume it's called "California" because of the avocados but I think the title gives it a nice 70s-alfalfa-sprout-swinger flavor. For added hilarity, refer to it repeatedly as "Hotel California Haroset", especially after the third cup of wine.

It doesn't look like NetSol sells .ca domains, so while it's possible that you could point an externally registered domain to a NetSol hosting account (I am not clear whether that's the case from their site), it would be simpler to register with a host that sells .ca names. Recommending a host is difficult without knowing what their needs are (space, reliability, scalability, affordability, etc...) and what they'll be using it for.
