iTunes added my new music tracks as podcast episodes, but doesn't show them under Podcasts -- how can I delete them?

I added some new music tracks to iTunes, and for some reason it thought they were podcast episodes. So it doesn't show them under 'Music'. But it's not showing them in the 'Podcasts' library either. I've deleted the music files from the Finder, but how can I clear out the tracks from my iTunes library?

How do you justify spending half a million pounds on a logo?

Help me understand the marketing/branding industry. The 2012 London Olympics committee just spent £400,000 on this new logo. How does a branding company justify this kind of money to just design a logo? That can't be all there is to it, right? What kind of things actually get delivered and done on a project like this?

In a journaling file system, why are journal writes more reliable than file system writes?

In a journaling file system like ext3, a journal entry is written before each file system change, describing the change about to be carried out. This allows quick recovery if the actual file change is interrupted or not carried out due to power outage or whatever. But why is the act of writing the journal entry not susceptible to the exact same threat of being interrupted?

In skin grafts, what happens to the place where they took the skin from?

When they do skin grafts on people, doesn't it just leave an equivalent 'hole' wherever they took the skin from? How does that work?

Where/when can an amateur classical pianist perform?

I'm an amateur classical pianist. I used to give solo recitals at college, and I would like to start performing again out here in the real world. But what sort of group/organisation/event do I need to get involved with to have this kind of opportunity? Could I organise a little independent recital for myself, or is that weird and too egotistical?

Why does computer chip process size have to keep getting smaller?

Computer chip process size: 130 nm -> 90 nm -> 65 nm. Why do we need to keep making it smaller? Why can't we just make the chips bigger?

Can you steer a runaway car with the engine turned off?

Runaway cars: After reading this recent story about a BMW that got stuck in gear with the accelerator jammed down, I don't understand why he didn't just turn the ignition off. Is it true that he'd have been left unable to steer?

Meaning of 'moment of zen'?

What is a 'moment of (something) zen'? I keep seeing this (on blogs in particular) and I don't know what it means.
