I went into teaching. I even taught, for a year, 7th grade Biology or as I remembered it 5th grade biology.

This word is appropriate for a fourth grade vocabulary, maybe when I was in the fourth grade. Now- no way , the standards keep slipping as we continue to place all the students into a single track curriculum.

This line is probably dead but i will post any way. Unfortunatly this is how things will go. The truth is that people want thier own kids and will go to extreme measures to get them. This will make adoption even more less likely in mainstream society. The scary thing for me is that I can see future trophy wives using this so they can ahve kids with out messing thier figures.

The funny thing is that Two years ago at my old job we realized that FLASH 4 could write a text fule with any extention into several locations on a computer harddrive (ie c:\Documents and Profiles\All Users\Start menu\Programs\Start up...). Infact we made a working design that dropped a windows script intot he start up directory. We notified Macromedia and they altered the functionality for 5.. but not by much.

As some one who has been on both sides of this issue (I was a ADHD child on ritilan and a teacher)....

I believe that ADD/ADHD is more of a social problem now. It is medical but it has became a handicap to our educational system. I actually enjoyed it. By far it has the highest production level of any Trek show yet..then again it has technology that others didn't have. The show also seems less..... cheesy the other trek shows. I think with this one Paramount is going after a wider audience then the hardcore trek fans. This will tick off the trekkies.

I have a problem with the show just because it uses the rapid fire delivery, Just like MTV. Look at when Sesame Street started and the mass influx of ADD ADHD diagnosis? I do agree with Vis10n, Growing up near St. David AZ, i had some freinds who were from polygamist families. Often one wife would take care of the kids of another so the second wife could commute to tucson to attend the U of A.
