God gets nuked. Do a Google search for God and what comes up first... PHP-Nuke of all things. As the always eloquent John Hiler points out on Microcontent News, this has got to be the ultimate, albeit unintentional, Google bomb.
The number one search result? You'll never believe it: it's a blog-based CMS!
I hate to take this into the realm of semantics, but I wouldn't call PHPNuke a blog-based CMS exactly. It's a Slashdot clone, a CMS that is much more a community system than it is strictly a blog system.

I hate PHP-Nuke powered sites... Nothing like having to log-in to read/download anything. Or seeing designs scammed from my favourite sites, so Johnny-Can't-Code can be "a wicked cool webmaster".
And yes, PHP-Nuke is just a Slashdot wannabe system. Mind you, it's running on PHP -- so I'll give it credit for that.`

I don't know, I sure as hell wouldn't run anything called "nuke" on my server. Open-source developers just have no clue whatsoever about branding.

So let me get this straight... A site mentions God three times in one news entry at one point sometime in the recent past, and that bumps it up to Number 1 on a search for that term??
Isn't anyone else just a little bit concerned that this shows how Google's system isn't at all foolproof and, in this instance, is simply foolish? God of course appears nowhere on the current page or in its source, and of course, the site has not a thing to do with God, default admin username notwithstanding.

docjohn: According to the microcontent post, God is mentioned 3685 times throughout the site (not just one page). I don't think you can say that it doesn't have a thing to do with God when it mentions God that many times. What you are referring to is just one meaning of the word God. Another meaning is the username of some guy on phpnuke, so who is google to say which is more important or correct?
