Perhaps you visited a different island. Or perhaps a different time. The same can be said for Christianity if you choose to base your view of them at the right point in history. Now, I'm not Christian, I'm also not Hawaiian, but I'm not about to call Christianity a murderous cult any more than I'm willing to call the Hawaiian religion a murderous cult, or Islam, or Judaism. In any event culture is different than religion and you seem to choose to muddle the two.
