It creeps and scrawls.

My robot-that-can-draw-stuff idea has been patented and designed and prototyped to death hundreds of times, but never (to my knowledge) developed into a full scale product. Has anyone built something I can buy? Even a kit?

Help me type without ever needing to look?

Is there a wireless, battery rechargeable, full-sized or laptop-sized keyboard available that has a memory card which will allow me to leave the office, go to the gym or a cafe and type without needing or even glancing at a monitor? So that later, I can return to give my work a good editing without caring about how it looks on the first draft?

Fluke for less

Is there software that can give a computer the capabilites of a Fluke type device? I've used Fluke Etherscope devices in the past and they are a terrific network troubleshooting tool but they are expensive. I am mostly interested in the cable testing/verifaction functions.

GTD Wallet for less?

I saw on the David Allen (GTD) website a very nice sized wallet with a notepad build in. However, at $89 it's kinda expensive. "The wallet’s compact 3” x 4 3/4 “ design features 2 compartments for holding up to 5 cards, with 2 additional full size pockets for cash , receipts, or business cards. The wallet fits comfortably in your suit, jeans pocket or bag. " Where can I find a similarly sized walled/notepad combo for less?

Looking for tools to help me get out of the endless reading trap

Can anyone recommend some good research/study/outlining software that assists your writing? Either freeware or paid. Basically I mean software that alows you to collate ideas and notes as you read, as well as lets you do outlining - all this in preparation for writing a report or paper or essay.

What tracks should I play at a totally awesome dance party?

I'm hosting a large dance party next week (combined birthday party and other celebration), and I'm trying to put together a playlist for it. I'm leaning toward electro, synthpop, funk, and remixes, but after looking through my library (which is pretty weighted towards indie rock and folk), I've realized I don't have very much. Any suggestions for songs that should go on there?

Help me find software or books for a military strategy education.

I'd like to do some interactive military strategy and tactics exploration similar to the exposition Liddell Hart or Clausewitz did. Software would be preferred, but of course i'd love to hear book recommendations. Can you help?
