What size distribution of promotional t-shirts should I buy?

I am an admin for a university English department. I want to order some promotional t-shirts for the department to give mostly to our students, both undergraduate and graduate. What ratio of t-shirt sizes should I buy? I.E. I know I should probably get more mediums than smalls, but does anyone have any good statistics for the average distribution of sizes people tend to like? Bonus points for a link to a page that discusses this issue.

Just like a Japanese game show...

Does there exist an "amusement park" of sorts where a person could try an obstacle course like Most Extreme Challenge on Spike or Wipeout on ABC?

How can I listen to someone who has an annoying voice without letting my irritation get to me?

Someone I have to interact with on a fairly regular basis has a voice that grates really badly on my nerves. How can I listen what the person is saying without being annoyed by the voice?

Books I remember fondly (but not their titles)

What is the name of the book I read in 5th grade (as part of the curriculum) about a boy who finds a magic traveling alleyway in his neighborhood and meets the inhabitants, including an old "bag lady" who sews sweaters from bits of trashed yarn and an adolescent girl who ... wears roller skates, maybe? To clarify, these people live in houses that are inside the alley, and the alley itself (or the entrance to it, at least) moves every so often. I've been wondering about this book for years and can't seem to find reference to it. Thanks! (Bonus questions inside)

Really, is custom framing that expensive?

I went to Michael's arts and craft store to get an 18" x 24" picture custom framed, and they quoted me at $400. For those of you who have delved into the world of custom framing, does that sound right? Further description inside..

Human particles in a (happy) box

29 and exhausted... what could be wrong?

I'm an otherwise healthy 29 year old male who easily gets exhausted and mentally foggy on a regular basis, sometimes seemingly without cause. Not normal-tired, but feeling as if I were 80 years old. It's been like this for at least a year and a half. I have an appointment to see a doctor (endocrinologist) in two weeks, but now that I've finally admitted to myself that I've got a problem... I'm antsy to start figuring out what it might be. Any ideas, hive mind? More details inside...

Logical quizzes about logic

I recall seeing a quiz on the internet some time ago, that asked you about 20 questions, and then told you how logical your thought processes were, and told you why. Do you know where I can find this quiz?

Preparing Pantry for Parties

I'm looking for ideas for simple, make-ahead pantry-stocking recipes for things I can use as appetizers or nibbles -- spiced nuts, marinated olives, etc. I'd ideally like things I don't need to refrigerate (although I do know how to can things), but I'm also thinking of some made-ahead-and-frozen cheese cracker dough as well; I'd also like things that keep a while. I'd love to be able to just pull some crackers and bread out, grab a couple jars, and there it all is.
