I'm specifically looking at automated builds, unit testing, better source control, and generally moving away from seat-of-the-pants coding and deployment, to specific processes. This is a Microsoft shop, if that helps.

No Limit Honeymoon. My new wife and I would like to go on a 2 - 2 1/2 week honeymoon. We will go anywhere in the world and want somewhere outside of the States or Europe. We will spend up to 20k US. She is not much into roughing it. We would like to be 50% active, and 50% chilling. We like to be pampered, we like to eat, we like to party, we like to swim, we like to relax. Where would you recommend we go based on the above? Hawaii, Australia, Thailand, Croatia, Zanzibar? Anyone have a outstanding honeymoon story or all around awesome place(s) they have visited? Set us up with an outstanding trip that will not be forgotten.

Solid Gold was a television show that ran from 1980 to 1988, on Saturdays, in the early evening, hosted by (among others) Dionne Warwick, Rick Dees, and Marilyn McCoo. It showcased snippets of the Top Ten popular songs of the week, accompanied and sometimes interpreted by the
Solid Gold Dancers. This post is about them.

Haruki Murakami doesn't do many interviews. However, he granted one to a University of Hawaii journalism student and it was published in the January 2007 issue of GQ Korea. The text has been translated by the blog owner.

I want to make delicious collard greens, but I want them to be healthy and vegetarian (so, no pork fat). I've tried a
couple recipes I found online, but the results have been uninspiring (and the greens didn't strike me as nearly tender enough, even after an hour of boiling). Any advice? Any recipes?

This past weekend, the family and I went to Chesapeake Beach
(
Brownie Beach) in southern Maryland. As we were looking for sharks teeth and other fossils, a woman next to us was telling us about the glass beads she was finding. These apparently were from a shipwreck from the late 1700's and were "trade goods" from England. I want to know more about them. obviously..
