Ask post: With no contracts in place between photographer and subject, who has what rights?

This is a good question, I've only ever read about and used model releases from the photographer's perspective. Basically, unless I am shooting in a public place where the subject has no reasonable expectation of privacy, it’s in my interest to get a release form as a CYA.

Ask post: No sugar, no flour, no Splenda.....No dessert?

Roast pineapple.

Allow 1/2 a fresh pineapple per person. Cut the pineapple into wedges. Remove the woody core and the outer skin. Cut the wedges into big chunks. Put them in a roasting dish, cover with foil and roast for 10-15 minutes on about 350F. Serve with thick, Greek yoghurt and a few toasted almonds.
