I’m looking for a song I heard a few years ago. It was some kind of techno song, and I remember a spoken line that sounded awfully like "
My name is Benny the killer fuck beef truck." I have a feeling those aren’t the actual lyrics.

What is the name of the movie or show with this plot?:
A young girl with an abusive father is given a black-robed doll name "the Viper." At night, the Viper comes alive as a human-sized version of itself with green, glowing eyes and helps the girl.
Near the end of the movie/show, there is a twist where the Viper is actually the girls father or something along those lines.

Are there any non-documentary films where the duration of the plot matches the length of the film? For example, a 90 minute snapshot of a relationship, a journey, a battle... or whatever.

My grandfather wrote a successful buck in the early '40s. He passed away about ten years ago, and just recently I've gotten the urge to see if it would be possible to release the book to Project Gutenberg and also maybe do a Librivox recording. How does one go about finding out about who owns copyrights in this kind of situation?

On "The Catherine Tate Show," there is a sketch that features a really annoying couple. The woman has long, straight dark brown hair and the man has short dark hair. They always talk about something inane that happened to the female character during the day. Their mouths are always gaping open and they appear to be intentionally over-doing it as they jabber on and on. What is this all about--is this a spoof on something in British media? Are these characters based on something?

Do hillbillies still exist in the US? I am refering to the type of people who lived like families parodied in the Beverly Hillbillies television show (which I loved growing up). Any well-known studies/books of the hillbilly lifestyle and origins? How true to hillbilly life were the clothes, accents, lifestyle of that show?

"Nobody in the antipoverty community and nobody in city leadership was going to welcome the news that the noble experiment that they’d been engaged in for the past decade had been bringing the city down, in ways they’d never expected. But the connection was too obvious to ignore, and Betts and Janikowski figured that the same thing must be happening all around the country."

I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Very recently, this week or so, a crackhouse moved in next door to my apartment. My neighbourhood is otherwise quite nice. I have nice neighbours. All the houses are well-kept. It's a lower-middle class neighbourhood. We live in an apartment in the top floor of a two-story home. What should we do?

2 July 1863, second day of
Gettysburg. Sickles has pulled his III Corps -- without orders -- off of Cemetery Ridge and positioned it a half mile in front of the rest of the Union lines. Longstreet smashes the hapless III Corps and its men are in full flight. Hancock rides back and forth inside the gaping hole left by Sickles. Below him, almost 2000 men of Wilcox's brigade are charging up the slope. They will gain a foothold on the ridge and be reinforced by Lee. As Longstreet pins down the Union left, Lee will roll up the center and right of the Northern army and chase them from the field. He will then march on and take Washington before turning north along the eastern seaboard. Lee will capture and burn Philadelphia and Boston in his March Along the Sea, chasing the Northern government from city to city until Lincoln finally sues for peace and the union is no more.
Suddenly, a line of blue-coated soldiers comes into Hancock's view. "My God, is this all the men here? Who are you?" "
1st Minnesota, sir." "See those colors?", says Hancock, pointing at the flags of the oncoming Confederates, "Take them."

I have just found out I'm a big fan of post apocalyptic fiction books. Somehow I like the idea of an individual or small group of survivors almost alone in the world trying to find out what the hell happened to the planet and fighting for their survival. What are some good books and movies the hive mind can recommend?

Why do people enjoy listening to the same music much more often than they enjoy watching films or reading stuff repeatedly? How come children usually grow out of watching favourite videos over and over, and having favourite stories they want read to them, but remain happy to repeatedly listen to music?

Are those tactical 511 pants very cool?
I don't wear shorts.
What do they wear in the desert?
I'm looking for something really cool, really comfortable; not really concerned with fashion -except I hate baggy pants. I'm about 6 feet tall and skinny.

Either I'm being paranoid or the stores I frequent have stopped stocking certain items beloved by me because they contain both chocolate and peanut butter. Which leads me to ask the question, what decadent peanut butter and chocolate recipes do you have to share?

I have a 2.33 Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro 15 inch laptop. Recently, I have noticed that both fans on it constantly run at the maximum 6000 rpm's. The noise is driving me nuts, and the battery seems to run out much sooner. My question is in two parts: (1) would anything in the system logs help explain why this is happening? and (2) how can I make it stop?
