How do you improve your intuition? Is there an equivalent to logic puzzles for developing the ability to think inuitively? Not the "ah ha" type of puzzle like 88 K on a P. Some other structured activity that goes beyond philosophical advice like "listening to your inner dialog." I already believe in intuition; I'm just looking for ways to exercise it.

I'm descending into procrastination-by-browsing meltdown and finding it nigh on impossible to drag myself away from certain sites but it's draining my productivity.
I'm covered for firefox with Leechblock but I have to use IE to access our CMS. I checked other answers here, and googled a bit but all I could find was temptation blocker, I installed it but as far as I can see it only blocks apps rather than urls.
Anyone know of any other options (beyond developing some backbone!)? I don't have any admin access to my PC so I can't meddle with the settings and I don't really want to alert my employers to the fact that I'm trying to curb my non-work usage!

Surprisingly good microwave recipes anyone? I'm looking for microwave recipes for jams, candy, etc. that you've actually made and turned out surprisingly well for being cooked in a microwave. I'm particularly interested in any recipe that can be made and put in containers for Christmas gifts.

Do you have a recipe for pecan pralines using evaporated milk that has been successful for you? The web is full of heavy cream-based recipes, but I just ate a fabulous one made with evap milk, so I'd like to start there. If you can advise on stirring/not stirring and temperature to cook to, I'd appreciate that too.

9-11 Technology Filter: I have never been able to even get signal on my Blackberry 8200 (GSM) within 10 seconds of liftoff, so how were cell phone calls completed from hijacked planes on 9-11? Specifically, given the prevailing handset, carrier, and tower technologies present in the Boston, NY, and DC metro and intervening areas at the time, and given the flight paths and altitudes of the hijacked planes, how were passengers able to complete cellphone calls to loved ones?
