Bill Gates to appear on Frasier Maybe he could take some tech support calls for Windows. Or explain "Bob". What next, Larry Ellison on "A Very Special Smackdown"?

Keep Balmer away from the damned Gilmore Girls, and I won't freak out.

Hmmm, nbc has a news partnership with Microsoft, and will essentially be doing an ad for XP for an hour during prime time. Wow, that's a stretch. At least Bill seems to be spending some money on haircuts and new specs though.

Even more interesting: the week after, he's going to nail Phoebe, Monica AND Rachel, LIVE on a very special episode of "Friends".

At least, that's what I'd do if I had his money.

You're assuming he hasn't done this already back at the "Gates Love Compound".

Plus, geek that he is, I think he's much more likely to fall for Jeri Ryan, Jessica Alba and Jolene Blalock. I mean, I would...

Let's hope he doesn't act in anymore commercials.

I heard he was lobbying for a Special Guest Appearence in the next Star Trek flick inside one of the Borg collective cubes.

I seem to remember a Simpson's episode with Bill Gates. Was that really his voice-over? Anyone?

It wasn't really Bill Gates doing his voice on "The Simpsons", but cast regular Hank Azaria, as pointed out here.

For the record, I was kind of looking forward to his guest appearance on "Frasier" until it sounded like it was going to be a stupid plug for WinXP.

Want to see a stupid plug for WinXP? I present the horror that is XPTV!

What is this 'jumping the shark' that you crazy Earth-people talk of?

Will Norm be there? How about Kramer? Luke & Laura? 'Hot Lips' Houlihan?

For me, Frasier jumped the shark when Niles and Daphne got together.

For some reason American sitcoms always go on for too many series.

With the Crane brothers' mingling in Seattle's high society, it was almost odd that they'd never run into him before. Not even a casual mention of a dinner party at the mansion.

I'd pay real money to see Gates miss the $200 question on Millionaire. But you just know he'd have Satan as a lifeline.
