Globe Trot (50 filmmakers, 23 countries, 1 dance) A fun little romp around the world as over 50 people do a cool dance that combined with sharp editing can't help but make you feel good. [via mefi projects]

The how-to on the filmmaker's website shows how to do the dance, how to frame the dancer when filming, and shows just how much work went into coordinating this kind of project. It's like a global collaborative version of wherethehellismatt.com.

Was it just me, or was there a lot of stuff in there reminiscent of Kenpō style martial arts?

It was definitely kata-like throughout.
