I am calling it: leptin injections are the next Viagra.

I want the Singing Mice Metal Band (since they get louder on leptin), or maybe The Singing Mouse Chorus, but both of these are probably because my priors for interesting mice are the Aeslin Mice from Seanan McGuire's Incryptid books.

Also, seeing sciatrix's mefi projects post on her conference poster makes me think it'd be really neat to have what would amount to a MeFi conference as a thread. Maybe an open call for conference posters on MeFi Projects, to avoid issues with self-linking, but it'd be cool to see what kind of research people in the community do.

I'd totally put together a MeFi Projects post on my Oh Shit, Moose experiment.

This is exactly the kind of poster that would be next to mine during a conference.

As a person who studied both weird rodents and feeding/satiety hormones in grad school, I heartily approve of this.

I always thought it was when Cinderella was feeling glum.
