Zing! true presidential message finally decoded!

Zing! You all knew there was more beneath the surface - another message that wasn't televised. Now bear witness to what has got to be the most exhilarating piece of audible truth from the white house thus far. There was one of these posted last year, and this one has successfully one-upped the previous one without skipping a beat. I don't know about you, but I'm not all that shocked by what is said here...

This might have, sort have, been funny, either when you were 13 years old, or when editing technology was in it's infancy.
What's your excuse for finding this funny or clever?

Oh come on, the 'three nuclear missiles' for children and the 'go home and die' lines are hilarious.

It IS funny ! Especially when you think about all those people in America fearin' foreign countries listening to this; thinking it is real !
LOLOLOLOL !
Wait. That's not funny.
That's scary.

Agreed - it's at once infantile, scary, and hilarious... Like most of existence.

I thought this was exactly what were weren't supposed to to post on MeFi: threads that promoted pointless political bickering. People who buy into the political worldview of the authors will find it funny. The rest will think it stupid and ponderous. Not a single insight or fresh observation will be generated.

It was funny the second time around for me. Thanks for posting.
The "in his arse-" was great.

It was too close to reality to be funny.

I opened the page. Then I saw Bush. Then I closed it. Then I posted this comment.

What's wrong with posting parody on MeFi?
This is at least as funny and clever as 75% of the Flash links that get thrown up, and nobody bitches about them.
MeFi is a little crabby in the morning, ay?
Thanks for the link, phylum, but I'm gonna one up ya: audio & video:
In the hilarious short "Election Collectibles" San Francisco's Bryan Boyce uses his patented "stunt mouth" technique to superimpose infomercial blowholes on Bush and Gore, candidates as "factory-sealed" as the products they endorse. If the voices sound vaguely familiar, it's because they're lifted from seminal Shop at Home Network megastar Don West and other unidentified auctioneers. Boyce's previous works, including "Special Report," in which America's favorite news anchors become possessed by the spirit of old-time B-cinema, have confused audiences around the world, especially in Utah.

MetaFilter: What's your excuse for finding this funny?
MetaFilter: Sticks firmly up asses.
The only reason I can see for not posting stuff like this to MeFi is to keep the number of "oh, how pedestrian" and "this is funny how?" comments to a minimum. Geez, people, lighten up! It's not Monday anymore.

I only listened the first few seconds (up to the applause)... what he talked about reminded me of a few other countries, which will remain nameless.

I think three nukular missiles per child is a great idea.
What, is this a joke or something?
