How about "Songs of Mass destruction"? --

" Rumsfeld's Dream - 'War Train' " (with apologies to Cat Stevens)

Oh I've been happy lately, dreaming of the wars to come
And...I believe it could be, something of profit has begun

Oh I've been smiling lately, thinking about the world as one
A mighty global US Empire - some day it's going to come

'Cause out on the edge of darkness, there rides a War Train
Oh War Train take this country....empire must surely reign

Oh War Train sounding louder
Glide on, you War Train!
Come on now, you War Train....

Yes War Train bloody roller
Slide on, you War Train!
Come ON now, you War Train,

Everyone jump under the War Train....

Get your cruise missiles together. Go and bring your tactical nukes.
Cause it's getting nearer...soon it will be with you.

Now come and feed the bloodshed....it's not so far from you.
The world must submit - or die - and soon this will all be true.

Now I've been crying lately, thinking of the world as it is.
Why must fools all cry out for Peace when....first strikes are my bliss?

Cause out on the edge of darkness, there rides a war train
Oh War Train take this world, come take us home again.......

(Refrain)

*sigh* Wow...I almost feel dumb. Still, this could at least have some kind of WoMD game where you can blow shit up with a few nukes- think 404 games, only with more violence =)

sheauga: thanks for the links.

What does it mean that I have complete certainty that the President will never make a speech as eloquent as Byrd's?
posted by goethean at 8:39 AM on February 14, 2003

It means you've heard him speak before.

I think it's a proxy problem on your end.... I can see the weapons of mass destruction just fine! Are you sure you've got your inspectors loaded right (can you see the little icon on the taskbar)?

You probably just need to delete your cookies.

Isn't it a little crass to show your weapons of mass destruction? At least on the first inspection?

It's Valentine's Day, whatnot - sometimes you get a little swept up in the moment and do things you wouldn't ordinarily.

Alrighty then--tarp yer load, at least. I'm looking at you, Saddam.

Best part -- our 404-msg-designing friend is an equal opportunity mocker. The maneuvering administration and the maneuvering European countries are both on the receiving end.
