Who is Justin Timberlake, anyway?

Says the man who once partied with NKOTB.

It's really not that bad.

Hi Dan.

Is this Justin Timberlake something you would have to be a teenaged girl to know about? Because I am not a teenaged girl.

Yeah, and Madonna didn't suck in Evita. It's pretty sad when one's work has to be described in qualified negatives.

Oh man... Taking it public. You've been called out Dan!

Yeah, and Madonna didn't suck in Evita

She did. Just not as much as usual.

Sir, I've met Madonna and she is no Timberlake.

Aren't they both popular female singers?

I heard some of the CD... I though Michael Jackson had become a twenty-something white boy this year. Guess I was wrong, from the recent television specials.

Or maybe its Justin who will now strive to become a middle aged albino woman.

You have to actually have talent to be the kind of morbidly fascinating train wreck Micheal Jackson is. Justin will go the way of the various New Kids on the Block and drop out of sight soon. Must admit though, that "blowing the whistle on Britney's vaunted virginity" will look a lot better in his footnote than "trashing hotel rooms".

We're talking about this...why?
posted by UnReality at 8:25 AM on February 19, 2003

Because deep down inside, many many many people wish to have been Justin Timberlake, at least at one time. (See comments in re: Britney and virginity.)
