Since I missed the first post, I'll comment here:

You know, this guy could have just said "I quit!" and walked out, and then started a blog to tell the world how he feels. I seriously doubt that Secretary Powell will be swayed by this man's reasons for resigning.

I did a quick Yahoo! search for "John Brady Kiesling biography", and the only listings I could find are of his resignation letter.
