These are excellent! FYI, you can pick original prints from the 1930s in Hong Kong for about 2 bucks a piece (Kowloon) or 4 bucks a piece (Midlevel shops in Hong Kong Island).

True, you could go to Hong Kong to get some originals, but for us budget-bound types, you can pick up knock-offs in New York at Pearl River.

You can also get the real thing off ebay for roughly the same price (they must be a dime a dozen in mainland China).

Don't spread this around, but if you get a nice shopkeeper in mainland China, she'll probably admit that she's selling you fakes.

I bought a bunch of knock-offs back when I used to travel to China... I still have about ten rolled up in my coffee table.
They're fun... and they only cost me a dollar apiece.

yes magullo, so many posters were destroyed during mao's reign that very few authentic posters remain and they are very expensive no matter where you buy them.
