I really have no idea what I'm doing.
But I got a 150 on easy and a 50 on medium...i think...

Press & hold the button to build the intensity of the groan; let it go when you are ready. To fake an orgasm, raise the level of the bar until the warning light is red and then let go.
The stars will give you an indication of how the simulation is going. If your groans are similar in intensity and frequency to those of your partner, you will get more stars; otherwise they will remain the same or decrease. If you run out of stars it means that he has figured out that you are faking.

This isn't a new concept. I remember quite a number of years ago (1995? 96?) an adult video game called Virtual Valerie (or Virtual Veronica?) that allowed you to do the very same thing...use your mouse to bring...ahem...pleasure just like this.
