The Flying Pig site (the first link) is an excellent resource behides an catalogue for their jaw-dropping models. Check out their mechanisms, complete with animation. After seeing the site, I designed my own animated model as a gift to my girlfriend. The entire process was extremely enjoyable.
I'm now working on making a full-sized shirt entirely in slot-a-into-tab-b fashion for an art class I'm enrolled in.
This, though, is a really robust set of links. You provide enough downloadable PDFs here to engage someone for weeks.

Wow, suddenly the little paper puppets I've been working on for a couple of days looks a lot less impressive. Eh, by the same token, I'm making them for a 16 month old, so he's pretty easy to impress. ;)
These are great links! Nicely done.
