Sweaters Even Cosby Wouldn't Wear

Mr. Green Jeans died and all I got was this lousy sweater. A packrat unearths his collection of hideous late 80s sweaters and shamelessly models them for all to see. A fashion cautionary tale. [via TheMorningNews]

If all the grotesque fashions crawling from their graves lately are any indication, this guy should hold onto these sweaters. No doubt they'll be back in style soon.

I actually dress exactly the same today as I did in the '80's. The key to not going out of style is to never be in style in the first place.

Heh, this is great. I love the looks on the guy's face in the picture.

Plus, I think I bought my dad one of the sweaters on page 4 for Christmas one year.

This is great, but i wish this guy pulled the retro theme together by coordinating tapered, acid-washed jeans tucked into a pair of Asics wrestling shoes.

I remember when that was hot.

Didn't Doctor Huxtable on the Cosby Show have a closetful of these sweaters?
