Third link, bottom left photo (Steve Fritzen) is a local coffee shop owner here (yes, even in Central Illinois!). I had one of his Mexican Mochas Sunday . . . mmmmmmm.

I've been working on in-home latte art and I've only gotten a recognizable result once. I looked like the Charlie Brown Christamas tree.

wow! great stuff! my friend at the local cafe stand does this to my latte's and i'm always impressed by it. Although her coffee is amazing so the art is more of the "cherry on top".

fascinating and beautiful.
