As a barista, I will tell you that it is very easy to make a latte, and not so easy to make a good one.

Especially when you fuckers want it tall skinny with 2 splendas, no foam and sugarfree white chocolate (2 and a half pumps ONLY) stirred counterclockwise for 3 rotations and steamed to 150 degrees. Not 151.

So take it easy on the coffee guys.
