Sugar Bush Squirrel Sugar Bush Squirrel is 'The Military Mascot' and a 'Superhero' to our troops everywhere. She is working to keep our country free while helping to free Iraq. Sugar Bush Squirrel is boosting the morale of our military troops everywhere by posing for humorous photos in military clothing with guns, tanks, planes and helicopters while wearing helmets, camouflage caps and a turban. Watch for more of her military shots in the near future as they shoot around the globe for freedom!!!

Arrgh! My eyes! My browser!

I want to see Dirty Bomb Cleanup Squirrel, or maybe Unpatriotic Terry Schiavo Die Bitch Die Squirrel. Or yet, the Taking Some Guns To School To Kill Thwart Oppresive Classmates Squirrel...

On second thought, someone out there has TOO much time on their hands and not enough sexual gratification. Please file under "Florida".

This picture pretty much sums up how gung-ho this poor animal is about this propaganda boondoggle. She probably pukes herself to sleep every night.

Thanks to the liberal media, we can all see how putting her in a cage makes her more free--just like blowing up a country liberates its people! 2+2=5, for sure.

I don't think stuffed squirrels puke.

How in Krishna's name did they get that squirrel to stand still for that long?
posted by borkingchikapa at 7:28 AM on March 26, 2005

Heh.

I think I can hear the tortured screams of the squirrels running madly in their little wheels to keep up with the server demand.

Is that smoke I smell? I think one of them just burst into flames.

I wonder if this all started when this guy was able to buy a whole truckload of unwanted stuffed animal squirrels for really cheap. "People would be willing to buy these if I associated them with war and the deaths of thousand of Americans."

I don't care if some of the themes of the photos are not to my taste, I find this body of work fascinating.

How in the world did they get that squirrel to calm down enough and stand still enough to get those photos? They must have sedated the thing. Or it's dead. Or it's fake.

And I find that ten times more interesting. Perhaps because it believes in Jesus?

Oh, come on. It's pretty funny stuff. I'm definitely ordering the Ground Zero print.

One more reason to just give Texas back to Mexico and be done with it.

If I'm not mistaken, it is the same squirrel in every shot. God. I have to stare at those damned squirrel balls while typing this comment. Damn you, kirkaracha. Probably, the squirrel is given a mild sedative prior to the shots being taken. It doesn't looked stuffed, I've seen stuffed squirrels. They aren't...plump. Unfortunately, this squirrel probably has a very horrible life. Squirrels make terrible pets.

Rescued from a tree, she is now living the 'good life' with Kelly in Boca Raton, Florida.

Yeah, squirrels can't handle being in trees.

That's entertaining, but I don't find cheeze-wrangling nearly as impressive as squirrel-wrangling. Photographing food in clothes is a whole different genre from animals in clothes: Guide to Pelorian cats and Bohemian Cats & Baroque Bohemian Cats Tarot Deck.
