Well, I found one picture of a wig. On a dog.

This is perplexing. And wonderful.

FYI, whoever tried to turn this into a bit about SF and blogging should try to keep up because it's not going to happen.

I'm torn between calling it ultra-whimsy or a festering pile of fetid giblits. It's Fat Chicks in Party Hats without the, er, plus-sized women. And a lot of the funny.

Amazing. This person has made a site so inane it came all the way around the long way and ended up falling under Best of the Web.

See also Something Awful and Jeff K. There is definitely *something* that is attractive in these websites-so-bad-they-are-good-on-purpose. I think Mr. Encyclopedia is right in that it is "so inane it came all the way around the long way and ended up" on the other side, although i'm not so sure it qualifies as Best of The Web.

You laugh at the ridiculousness of the first blog in the post here, but a few years back my dad wanted a blog, which I setup for him, and his posts are very, very similar to parodies like this. Lots of posts about THIS IS THE RESTAURANT WHERE I HAD THE FOOD THE OTHER NIGHT. HA HA.

Did anybody else read a good chunk of this and start getting creeped out? The constant references to "King Winkles," "Super Mop-Top" and the "Creeps" are starting to make me actively nervous, and I can't tell why.

Well, by virtue of the fact that this is a blog completely free of red vs blue state arguments, flamewars, misinformation from people trying to mislead you, ugly granny porn, and other things that are pervasive throughout the web these days -- this truly IS the best of the web.

Or at least the entry on the first archive page titled "THE DOG HAS A TENNIS BALL!" is, because...well, the dog has a tennis ball. Awww.

Did lazymonster post right after scarymonsterrrr? Neither one of them is made nervous by mentions of the super creeps in the blog. It kind of reminds me of Ftrain's baffling cuteness.
He has a crazy wig which is the rainbow wig. It is a so fresh wig. He does not scratch for bones, he only likes a party! He will dance with his tail. Watch him dance! But you can only ask him. I love you, Party Dog.
