Are the political debates on MeFi stressing you out? The solution is simple: laugh it off. (warning: embedded video, silly)

Does the honorable yogi have a patent on this yet?

Someone get the Cillit Bang remixer on this, stat.

I just had a flashback to that excruciating scene from The Office where Brent is giving the business seminar and unsuccessfully urging everyone to laugh, which he demonstrates with own creepy laughter over and over, sounding a bit like the yogi.

I kept waiting for a cat to jump out of the bushes.

A really big cat.

Like a Tiger or something...

I feel an uncontrollable urge to fall to my back and expose my abdomen.

That's still not as creepy as the Clowny Clown Clown music video and the What is It? trailer by Crispin Glover. (some nudity, NSFW)

*shudders*

The trailer is nowhere near as creepy and awful as the actual film, tweak. I'm sure nearly everyone in the theater thought about walking out on more than one occasion.

"Whoo! Whoo! Whoooooooooo!"

Now THAT would be funny.

For some reason this reminded me of the skeleton dance in the old Mickey Mouse cartoon.

Can't wait for What Is It to play here. I've been waiting for that for years. I'm glad it's finally finished. But then again, I dig Crispin Glover's grasp on the "Aesthetic of Discomfort" as he calls it. There's a couple pages in one of his books which are darkly funny. They're two sets of two photos, one with a man whose jaw has been blown off, the second is of the same man with the wound healed a bit more. From memory (the books are about 6 feet away from me, but I would prefer not to pull them out right now to get the exact quotes), the Fresh Wound set is captioned "At first I was surprised", the Healed Wound is "But, with all things, over time I grew to accept it."

The expressions actually really match the photos.

Although, however disturbing those photos are, they cannot compare to that guy's laughing. Jeeeezum crow.

He may say he's laughing but he looks horrified. And now, so am I.

Don't the french have a word - "frisson," i think that means, simulaneous humor and horror?

Wow, Crispin Glover *is* crazy, but probably on purpose. I must see that film.

ZachsMind: lol. Hell you don't even need a video for that, just picturing it makes me laugh.

Just like clowns, he scares me rather than relaxes me or makes me laugh. Someone please give the poor old man who's lost his mind his medication for the day to calm him down. Thank you!

Everytime I see this video I expect it to be a 'Jerzy Balowski' bit off The Young Ones.

Don't ask me why.

Laughing clubs are somewhat popular in India, particularly in Bombay, I think.
