White Ninja Comics are not for the weak of mind. They are a brilliant satirical commentary on controversial worldly issues.

I like the earlier, funnier ones.

This is probably my favorite comic that lots of people seem to not like.

I don't use the word "genius" with much gravity here, but I do feel inclined to use it.

I wonder how it's related to Tooth Paste for Dinner. Same style. I prefer TPfD to this.

This is very funny stuff. I first heard about it on Penny Arcade not too long ago, and spent a day going through the archives. Love it.

I also found out about this site from Penny Arcade a few weeks ago. It alternates between being really stupid, and being really stupid and hilarious.

Another comic in the same vein is The Parking Lot Is Full.

Also fun are:
Dinosaur comics (Here's some really good ones to get you started.)
A Softer World
Whispered Apologies (wherein, people send in strips, and other people write the dialog).

The master of non-sequitur is still Pokey the Penguin. (Defer judgement until you've read a hundred of them; they grow on you.)

Make with the funny already.

Those ones?! Pff. Clearly, these two are among the best.

While it's not as non-sequitor as those, I've always liked the EXTREMELY NSFW and funny sexy losers

Is there a name for this genre of "minimal and poorly drawn but hilarious and witty" comics? there ought to be one.

I love these threads, as I always find something new. And for now, lord, I can't stop laughing at sexy losers.

TPLIF is way better than white ninja. It's like The Far Side on acid with a raging migrane. It's hilarious, sick, really sick, awesome, totally WTF and wonderful all at the same time..

My favorite (viz., Dinosaur Comics) has already been mentioned, but I think Boy on a Stick and Slither is pretty consistently enjoyable as well.

Perry Bible Fellowship often has a giant "wtf?" component--I'm surprised no one's mentioned it yet.

These seem to be a lot better than the other randomly selected White Ninja excerpts I've seen--thanks!

hototogisu, PBF is great. A couple weeks ago, the Rochester city paper did an interview with the guy the makes it. I didn't know that he had made some short films as well (the corn one is pretty amusing and in the same vein as his comic strip).

The corn one was one of his strips. I think making it into a film ruined the pacing, but what do I know.

meditative_zebra, Civil_Disobedient, thanks. The Parking Lot Is Full is ridiculously funny.

I'm sorry, but I have to do this:

Reading sexy losers makes me feel like I should wash my hands or something...

aiko: I can't reconcile how normal the PBF creator seems in that in that interview. It feels wrong for some reason.

Also, we should add the very first Something Positive to this burgeoning list of evil.

Also: Cat and Girl.

Humor is so subjective. I'm not getting much out of White Ninja. OTOH, I don't get much out of Exploding Dog, either, and that's another strip that gets love from many people.

I love PBF, Dinosaur Comics, and A Softer World. And the saddest day in the short history of the Web was the day PLIF stopped publishing.

I never got into White Ninja. Made me chuckle a couple of times, but mostly nothing. Love Dinosaur Comics, though.
