Disneyland Postcards — "I have been collecting postcards from the park since the mid 80s', but only a few here and there...since then, I have acquired over 800 postcards, dating from the first one ever printed, to the current ones sold today." Includes 50 years of Disneyland postcards, the backs of cards and Then and Now shots of some of the more scenic places.

I can't stand Disneyland, but it is fun to look at the loathsome stuff on the postcards. Do they still have mermaids? No, of course not. They had to make it even less interesting.

I went to Disneyworld (Orlando) in 1998, and I got to meet The Little Mermaid in the cave behind Captain Nemo's Nautilus. She was quite a sport, getting her picture taken with a (then) 26-year-old guy like me with no kids in tow.
