Global Voices Online. I was a bit surprised to find that this hasn't been posted. Global Voices aims to foster a more diverse online conversation primarily through spot-lighting blogs written by people all over the world. It started last October and has really picked up steam these last few months.

Global Voices was started by Ethan Zuckerman and Rebecca MacKinnon. It's funded/run by the Berkman Center for Internet & Society (Zuckerman and MacKinnon are research fellows) at Harvard University’s Law School. And they even have a podcast if you don't like reading. (Speaking of which, I'm really tired of reading MeFi... when are we getting a podcast?)

There goes my Saturday night! (And quite probably Sunday....and productivity in general, for a while.)

Thanks, panoptican!
